But why? Well, isn't that quite obvious (otherwise
you wouldn't be here anyway, I guess....)? Being the pride of Eskilstuna
and the rest of Sweden, making music that just is too good to be true and
just give a shit what everybody else thinks. That's why! Genius guitarplaying,
the perfect voice, deeper than deep lyrics, 2 Swedes, 3 Finns, great live,
Marlboro, vodka and a wonderful "we-are-best-and-we-know-it" attitude...
Needs no further explaination.
But why in English? As being so big in Sweden and
the rest of the world slowly following? Well, the rest of the world is
following. Some people have discovered their geniusness outside of Sweden,
but they have it hard. We know like no one else. As knowing Kent since
1995, it was hard to get updated about them. Thanks to internet, a study
Swedish at university and people that were willing to buy the cd's in Sweden
for us (or tape it, which goes for the first cd), we made it possible.
Then 'Isola' got launched in English. Finally other people could enjoy
it too, but finding information remained hard. So, we escaped from Holland
to Sweden (for study, adventure and partly also for Kent, that's why) and
got to know more, that's why we are able to make this page. There are some
good pages about them (and less good once as well, we have to say), but
mostly still in Swedish. As we don't expect people to learn Swedish, we
decided to do it in English.
